Shipping and handling

The shipping and handling within the Iberian Peninsula are fixed at € 4.50 per order when you opt for sending via courier. Above 50 € orders have not shipping and handling cost within the Iberian Peninsula.

The transport company is Correos Express.

If the customer that has made the payment and order that has more than two kilos weight, it is very bulky or should be referred outside the Iberian Peninsula, PHARMACY will contact with the buyer in the email that communicated in purchase to inform the shipping and handling date, may in that case the user can disagreement or cancel the order without being impute any cost.

If you opt for store pickup through the express request no shipping charges. In this case PHARMACY have prepared the order ready for delivery at the pharmacy on the date and time agreed with the client.

Delivery term

The delivery of our products on the peninsula will be made in one to three working days if the product or products ordered are in stock at the time of purchase.

If not in stock we will contact the buyer to inform the delivery, he may choose to keep the order or refund the amount paid.

In the event that an order has more than one product and one product is not in stock PHARMACY will contact the customer to agree with him a single shipment or shipping separately.
